We had a knock at the door at 6:30 AM from cleaning staff who upon opening the door asked pointing if the room opposite was our room! We said no, this is our room. They replied who has that room? We simply shrugged and said we didn’t know. On our way out enjoy Houston at 8:30 AM we were stopped by the front desk and a different person was insisting...
